As you all know, the San Andreas Police Department has 6 own offices, there are: Daily Operations, Administrative Services, Special Operations, Metropolitan Services, Criminal Intelligence and Office of the Chief of Police.

And this messages released from the Office of Special Operations - San Andreas Police Department.
The Director of Special Operations, Commander Matsumo Seiji were like to invite the party's member, communities and all the civilian to be the Assessor of Special Operation's Division. What it's means? In this program, the Office of Special Operations will let the people who are mentioned above to get the privileges of the report of services except the internal case. They will assess the division on Office of Special Operations who are works for the public.

So, which division are the Special Operations?
We have 3 division on the Office of Special Operations, there are:
TEU (Traffic Enforcement Unit): The purpose of the Traffic Officer Service is to undertake general traffic and road management tasks thus allowing the police greater time to concentrate on the protective services, such as tackling crime, investigating collisions and enforcing the law.
HSIU (High Speed Interception Unit): The HSIU jobs are to stub out the vehicle which in the pursuit or we usually called "VICTOR" situation as well as we can. This unit usually works for every sports car pursuit. The unit should be Turismo, Bullet, Buffalo, and so on.
ASD (Air Support Division): The ASD jobs are to track and following the pursuit from the AIR. They have a wide-view while their duties. So they are the IMPORTANT unit on every tactical situation.

So, the Assessor should be assess the division on Office of Special Operations which mentioned above. And we will choose you randomly, all the placeman on every sides, on every party, communities, company, and so on! We'd like to welcoming you for become an assessor as long as you are an active placeman on it's company / party / communities.

Halo, semua!
Seperti yang anda ketahui, Kepolisian San Andreas punya 6 kantor, yaitu: Operasi Harian, Administrasi, Operasi Khusus, Layanan Metropolitan, Intelijen Kriminal (INTEL biasanya taunya kalo kalian), dan Kantor Kepala Kepolisian khusus.

Dan pesan ini disampaikan oleh Operasi Khusus - Kepolisian Negara Bagian San Andreas.
Direktur Utama Operasi Khusus, Komandan Matsumo Seiji ingin mengundang seluruh partai, komunitas, perusahaan dan semua masyarakat untuk menjadi Penilai Divisi Operasi Khusus. Apa maksudnya? Di program ini, Kantor Operasi Khusus akan memberikan orang orang yang disebut diatas untuk mendapatkan hak istimewa dari laporan pelayanan terkecuali masalah internal mereka. Mereka akan menilai divisi-divisi yang ada di Kantor Operasi Khusus yang mana bekerja untuk umum.

Lalu, mana saja divisi yang merupakan Operasi Khusus:
Kita punya 3 divisi di Operasi Khusus, ada:
UPL (Unit Penegak Lalulintas): Tujuan dari Unit Penegak Lalulintas adalah untuk melakukan pengaturan lalu lintas secara umum, memanajemen jalan, sehingga memungkinkan polisi lebih banyak waktu untuk berkonsentrasi pada layanan perlindungan, seperti menangani kejahatan, menyelidiki tabrakan dan menegakkan hukum.
Unit Intersepsi Kecepatan Tinggi (UIKT): Unit Intersepsi Kecepatan Tinggi memiliki pekerjaan untuk mematikan kendaraan yang mana dalam kondisi pursuit atau biasa kita sebut dengan VICTOR, sebaik mungkin. Unit ini biasa bertugas disetiap ada kendaraan sport atau yang ngebut banget deh intinya. Mereka biasanya pake mobil Turismo, Bullet, Buffalo dan lain - lain.
Unit Bantuan Udara (UBU): Unit ini bekerja untuk melacak dan mengikuti pengejaran dari udara dengan pengelihatan yang sangat sangat luas. Bisa melihat di jarak 10-20km keberadaan didarat. Dan unit ini adalah unit paling diutamakan disetiap taktik operasi.

Jadi, penilai akan menilai seluruh divisi Operasi Khusus yang udah disebutin diatas. Nanti kita, akan memilih kalian secara acak selama kalian aktif sebagai pejabat disegala bidang, di partai, komunitas maupun perusahaan dan lain-lain. Kita akan sangat terbuka dengan anda untuk menjadi penilai selama kalian masih aktif.
